If you or someone you trust has a computer with a CD/DVD slot:

2. Open the CD and copy all files to the computer
3. Upload those files here to your case
Option 3: Ask a family member or friend for help
If you don’t have a computer with a CD drive, a family member, friend, or caregiver can often help copy the files and upload them for you.
