Dr. Lauren Seo, MD, is a board-certified orthopaedic spine surgeon specializing in minimally invasive, endoscopic, and complex spine surgery. She treats a wide range of cervical and lumbar spine conditions, including cervical spondylotic myelopathy, cervical spondylosis, lumbar spondylosis, lumbar spinal stenosis, degenerative spine disorders, and other conditions that cause neck pain, back pain, and nerve compression. Dr. Seo earned her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine before completing her orthopaedic surgery residency at NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine. She then completed a prestigious combined Orthopedic-Neurosurgical Spine Fellowship at Duke University, where she received advanced training in complex spine surgery. To further expand her expertise, she completed specialized fellowship training in South Korea, where she learned advanced uniportal and biportal endoscopic spine surgery techniques developed by leaders in the field.
