User Responsibilities

Payment and Refund Policy

All services are cash-pay only

Payments are required before a case is reviewed

Because services involve professional time and record review, all sales are final once review has begun. Refunds may be issued at XPRT2ND’s discretion if services cannot be completed.

Turnaround Time

XPRT2ND aims to deliver second opinions within 24–48 hours, but turnaround times are not guaranteed and may vary based on case complexity, record completeness, or expert availability.

Intellectual Property

All content on XPRT2ND, including text, graphics, branding, workflows, and platform features, is owned by XPRT2ND and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
